Heavy-duty construction provides maximum strength. 2" black nylon tape is housed in post head, extends up to 10 ft and retracts slowly and safely. Ideal for frequent post location changes. May be used indoors or outdoors. Three anchor points per post. Weighted base stays in place. Posts and bases sold and shipped separately.
