Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 701 quickly loosens and lifts stubborn burnt-on food, carbonized grease and food soil upon contact on a hot griddle for easy removal. This powerful, griddle-cleaning liquid is Green Seal certified and safe for use on food-contact surfaces. It offers a simpler, safer system for cleaning up flat top griddles in half the time of traditional cleaning products. Unique, three-step system (squirt, scour, squeegee) cleans commercial griddles in just 3 to 5 minutes while the grill is still hot (300 to 350 Fahrenheit) so you can focus on creating your next culinary masterpiece. Formulation does not have strong chemical odors and does not contain caustic soda found in other griddle cleaning chemicals. Cleaner is made with ingredients that are considered "Generally Recognized as Safe" (GRAS) in food by the U.S. FDA.
