Universal time cards are designed for Lathem E-Series time recorders 900E, 1000E, 1500E, 2000 Series, 4000 Series, and 5000E. One-sided design features prompts for name and date and preprinted days from Monday through Sunday. Each day has two lines for "in" punches and two lines for "out" punches on the outside edge of easy print alignment. Each time card also includes a gross-to-net payroll deduction area and employee signature line. Time cards are made of high-quality, 150 lb. white tag stock.
