Stabilize basketball hoops, plastic sign bases, umbrella stands and more with H2OLD Base Gel. When combined with water, this powder-like substance transforms into a firm, stable gel. Cross-linked, polyacrylate polymer formula effectively absorbs up to 400 times its weight in water. Solid gel remains stable for more than 7 years yet is easily dissolved with salt for easy disposal. One 16 oz. bottle of base gel replaces up to eight bags of sand.
