Easily track your employees' hours worked with Adams® Weekly Time Sheets. Intuitive format features administrative blocks for employee and pay-period details; and below the administrative blocks, an hours table provides pairs of columns for morning, afternoon and overtime in/out times. An additional pair of administrative columns accommodates regular and overtime hourly totals for each day of the week, and the table's bottom row accommodates associated pay-period totals. Signature lines below the table ensure both the employee and the employee's manager sign off on each weekly form before it's processed.
